American Health and Wellness is proud to introduce Boot Camp to the Mount Olive Township Area.
Are you someone who wants to start a fitness program but don’t know where to begin? Have you tried diet and exercise programs in the past with little or no results? Do you already follow a healthy lifestyle with sports and exercise but want to take yourself to the next level?
This exciting 6 week strength and cardio program meets twice a week and is designed for all fitness levels. Whether your goal is weight reduction, toning, speed and agility, or sports performance American Boot Camp is the BEST place to get started! Let us jump start your 1st step in reaching your personal goals. Our 75 minute outdoor camps will motivate, encourage, and allow you to make progress at your own level. MOST important, you’ll have fun while getting in shape.
American Boot Camp doesn’t use fancy equipment or intimidating machines, we’ll show you how to get a great workout using your own body weight.
Using body weight exercises is a great way to challenge yourself and lose weight. Boot Camp works where other fitness programs fail because all participants have a common goal, you’ll be working out in a group, and we all help motivate each other.
Our adult boot camp meets at our health club, where we utilize our outdoor property, indoor group fitness studio, and occasionally our functional free weight area.
Our corporate boot camp can come to you!, That’s Right! If your company has an outdoor area or a large meeting room we will bring everything you need to get a full body workout at your location.
Our youth boot camp is a great way for kids, ages 10-16, to experience a fun approach to fitness and make some friends along the way. Youth boot camp is an outdoor event only, which will alternate meeting behind American Health and Wellness and Turkey Brook Recreation Area.
Those interested in Boot Camp must bring an exercise mat and at least two bottles of water.
In American Boot Camp, gravity is your opponent, you’ll be shifting your body weight into new positions and putting your body into angles that your muscles aren’t used to. This means you’ll be forcing more muscle fibers to work harder, the result is a more efficient metabolism, fat loss, strength gains, an improvement in speed and agility, an increase in mental discipline and a new outlook on exercise!
American Boot Camp will consist of a high impact 75 minute cardio and strength training session. Each session includes a variety of motivating exercises while utilizing one’s own body weight.
